Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product arrives with manufacturing defects.
  • The product is incomplete or missing items.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories (if applicable).
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method or store credit, depending on the original payment method and applicable circumstances.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace a product if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of:

  • An incorrect item sent by us,
  • A damaged product received,
  • Or a verified manufacturing defect,

DelaySprays.pk will provide instructions regarding the return process.

For returns requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Inspection Process

All returned products are carefully inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.

DelaySprays.pk reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
